[Cartoweb-users] Problem with language

Hi , I have the following problem

 

I have copied the cartoweb3 folder from my pc in others pc that had
already mapserver with pmapper installed. It works all but I have the
problem with the language in my pc the messages are in Italian in the
new pc the messages are in English. Why? I I can solve this problem?
