I do not think that is MapServer, as this project if it does so well:

and in these projects can only trigger a single layer at a time, problema of  MapServer?

hello oliver already solved the problem of the last error that it receives, but now I am passing this as follows:

and another project Abrego, what I did was copy the folder inside the folder cartoweb3 Abrego and monté draft Abrego like this:

This project comes distorted. is that what metí inside the folder Abrego? 

I am grateful if you can prove it.

first, I think you can clean the email list of your emails: im sure Alanxdre Saunier and Yves Jacolin are not really interessed to get all your message about this. Also you have twice the url for the cartoweb mailinglist.

about your problem, the base url for your project is not correct. It should be http://200.21.193.190/abrego/cartoweb3/htdocs/

and unless you are using a different server for mapserver, you dont need to use cartoserverHome or cartoserverBaseUrl.
