Hi

We do not have the moon but we have something that may help you a little.
http://www.cartoweb.org/cwiki/AutomaticDeployment
Look in the folder cartoweb3/scripts/deploy/ for the script and an example 
of makefile.
On windows you can use it via Cygwin.
