simply put the text you want in the msgstr corresponding to the msgid "Loading message" in your project client.en.po and run the setup --install process again (and clean the cache)
see http://www.cartoweb.org/doc_head/docbook/xhtml/user.i18n.html the language system is also used to replace default texts
