[Cartoweb-users] duplicate layers in LayerReorder folder

Hi,
I had the same problem.
It was caused by legendResolutions setting in layers.ini:

;Resolution for exportPdf plugin
;must correspond with to one of those set in PDF Export configuration file.
legendResolutions = 96, 150

When I commented this option problem was solved.
Don't ask me why :-)
