sadely the query plugin still ignore wms layers, the only difference is it doesnt cause an error anymore.

it would be certainly possible to make a plugin to get GetFeatureInfo on the wms layer and display the result

  I'd like to know if there's a way to use the Query plugin on a WMS layer? 
  When I try i get a "can't find layer XXX". And when I show the $this->serverContext->getMapInfo()->layersInit the WMS layer is missing.

  I found the bug report (http://bugzilla.maptools.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1586) but it was for the old wms plugin. Is there anything new with wmsBrowserLight (i didn't find anything on the list) ?
