[Cartoweb-users] Refresh Map with layer checkboxes

it's the default behaviour with ajax mode on Cartoweb 3.3/3.4

if you have a 3.2 and dont want to upgrade, you can modify the layers.js so it does a form submit after the user has checked a layer
