Hi
by default Cartoweb only handle ISO-8859-1 and UTF8
The easiest way (programingly speaking) is to convert your data encoding to UTF8.
If that is not possible, you will need to extend the encoding/decoding function to handle correctly your encoding.

  I have map that disply fields in non english language(non english character) and when displying this map the characters not disply correct(it disply as non known languages as ooooo).
