Hello,
I dont know if it will help but you can try to monitor the WMS queries
and see if they seem to be correct. If your server is under Linux you
may try the following command:
sudo ngrep -d eth0 REQUEST=GetMap port 80
and check what queries are sent by Mapserver when you request some maps.
