there is not parameter for that element, it is a specific template element, simply comment it/remove it from your cartoclient.tpl 

for reference:

  Just one last thing which is missing : the weight parameter for the "allow vertex snapping" tool. I tried different things but none is working.

    these are the edit tool weight parameters :



    weightEditPoint

    > weightEditDelFeature
