[Cartoweb-users] PEAR installation

sqlite is only used by plugins (usualy the search plugin), not by core 
functionalities.
i would be more tempted to print out the raw mapserver query result directly 
from the queryLayerByAttributes function in ServerMapquery.php to get 
additional infos
