hi

there is a hack you can try to implement: 
http://www.cartoweb.org/cwiki/HowToAddDropdownInEditPlugin

if you want something more complex, you will have to develop it.

all the edit form content is generated via javascript in dhtmlEdit.js

  I have a poblem. When i create a new geometry the system show a table  with the field that I have configure into .map file.

  Is possible manage two field as combo and get a value from a db table. If is possible I can refresh a combo when select a value from other.
