[Cartoweb-users] pot_tools.php

Hello all, 

When I install my project or reload with this command: 
php cw3setup.php --install --base-url http://www.mysite/.../htdocs/ --profile development --project maps 

I have this message error: 

Fatal error: Class 'UTF-8' not found in /home/infodime/public_html/komotini/scripts/pot_tools.php on line 64
