[Cartoweb-users] How to install the "new" tooltips

hi

the new tooltips is in fact one of the 3 tooltips mode available before. more specificaly, the "Mouse Timeout Asynchronous" as it is called in the 3.3.0 documentation.
the other modes were disabled/removed from the plugin in Cartoweb 3.4.0
