[Cartoweb-users] Install demo

It refer to the sqlite data used by the search plugin.
Practicaly you are using Cartoweb3.5 demoCW3 search.ini with a Cartoweb3.4 search plugin.
Im not sure how you succeded to do that but either you use the demo ini files intended for Cartoweb3.4 or you upgrade your Cartoweb to 3.5

  Config districts? We have district in mapfile but no districts...
