please run the following command from the cartoclient root directory

cw3setup.php --install --base-url htpp://127.0.0.1/cartoweb3 --fetch-demo

in my case cartoclient root ditrectory was http://127.0.0.1/cartoweb3

 this command will dowload and install demo data from internet automatically
