i've always the same error message : <br>
when i copy proj 2 c:\wamp\proj, it works !<br>
but it works bad.<br>
There is a problem of projection, from wgs84 to LIIe<br>
this problem is fixed under linux, because I KNOW it as worked fine
under linux.<br>
But in fact, i've never seen it work under windows.<br>
