Yes and no:
The geostat plugin has been enhanced with proportional graphics (pie and
histograms) and propotional symbols (TT fonts) symbologies.
These have been implemented and the geostat plugin API enables you to
add representation params in order to draw the symbologies. BUT the
associated GUI, used to define symbologies, has been removed.
At this time, you'll have to define your geostat symbologies
programmatically.
Any contribution to the geostat GUI is welcome, you can fetch the
original sources related to the GUI from the 3.3, for inspiration.
