are visible to the user on or off, what would be the best way to do

- In the template belonging to the plugin<br>
- in the general cartoclient.tpl template?<br>

When I turn them of in the plugin-templates, does this mean that I have
to copy all the standard plugins to the project dir in order to change
a few lines in these files?<br>
