items that are visible to the user on or off, what would be the best way to do
that:<BR>- In the template belonging to the plugin<BR>- in the general
cartoclient.tpl template?<BR><BR>When I turn them of in the plugin-templates,
does this mean that I have to copy all the standard plugins to the project dir
