There is a problem with unexpected zooming to full extents in the IOOS 
application. The app uses cwc2 1.0.4. Here are the steps to reproduce:

-Launch application (http://www.mapsherpa.com/ioos/)
-Zoom in anywhere
-Do a point query
-Change any element in the Time Filter
-Click Apply button in Time Filter

The map will zoom to full extents.
