For the Hawaii Demo it became clear that we need a ZoomOut Widget that when the
Tool Bar button is selected the Action of Zooming Out show be automatically
done. Currently the ZoomOut Widget the user must select the ZoomOut ToolBar
button and then click on the map to start the Zoom Out Action.
