[Chameleon-1.1]Spinner image doesn't disappear after change into the
configuration file

Step to reproduce:

1. Load the chameleon_sample into the browser:  the map is displayed
2. Make a modification into the configuration file.
3. Reload the chameleon_sample:  the spinner image hang

The following error was trapped in the error logs:

HP Fatal error:  Call to a member function on a non-object in
/home/testsuite/proj/chameleon-1.1_20031106/htdocs/common/wrapper/drawmap.php on
line 372

Workaround: Reload many times and it is going to load the map again or click
into the URL text area and hit enter.
