The following JavaScripts error occurs:
Error: CWC2OnLoadFunction is not defined

In the documentation for the Help widget it has the following parameters.

<CWC2 NAME="[string]" TYPE="HELPWIDGET" VISIBLE="TRUE" ENABLED="TRUE"/>

If this is correct than, the result of this is a blank template.
