There are two parts to this and I think only one can be fixed. The first issue
the "Locate Layer" text on the button is to long. This is use is really computer
specific, and how individual PC's handle the CSS files. Fred may be able to shed
more light on this, but I am not sure if we can fix this.
 
The second issue speaks for itself the button "Locate Place" has an incorrect
tool tip.
