The button Shared Resource image paths for hover and selected could not be found
in the application using a relative path (eg, images/imagename.png) to the
application template.  Temporary solution was to place images in
chameleon/htdocs/images/ ... this obviously is not a good alternative.

Reason for behaviour is unknown.

Normal state not identified because there were no visible images for border with
the Normal state in teh test application.
