fixed in cvs.  The problem appears to have been that the value of layer's clip
string changed to include commas at some point.  This resulted in the existing
code returning NaN for the current clip values when parsing it, so the new
clipping values were incorrectly calculated and subsequently ignored.

The fix should be backwards compatible because it just removes the commas from
the clip string (if they exist) then continue to parse as was previously done.
