This new widget idea a developed over the chameleon mailing list and discussions
with Paul and Chris (me). 

Mailing List Question:
Is there a logo for chameleon that I can use on my website? 

New widget Requirements:

* It could be called the "AboutChameleon" Widget.

* Widget could hold multiple variations of logos and interfaces. eg. Maptools
link, chameleon logo/link, DMSG logo/link, MapServer logo/link, whatever... 

* link to chameleon maptools, or chameleon mailing list, or both.

* It could also state the version and release date of technology. 

* Embedded vs Popup modes.

* It could be a button (using buttonizer), or just an image.
