Have you seen bug 514? The ExpressionBuilderAnnotation layer was selected
because the ExtractWFS widget was not using it if we build an expression and
directly click on the ExtractWFS button right after. This may be counter intuitive.

Reopening to at least discuss this issue.

IMHO the right way to go will be to add a parameter to tell the widget if it
should select or not the new layer. But what should be the default value I don't
know. Which case is the more common?
