OK, I got the following message:

"Unable to create new config file(../../config/chameleon.xml) from template
file(../../config/chameleon.xml-dist).  Please check directory permissions."

which I think is clear.  After I change the "config" directory permissions (to
777) I do not get any error message.

I mark this bug as verified and I'll close it when testing the new beta 4.
