The WMSBrowser should ideally check if there are any selected layers when a user
presses the Add Selected button before submitting the form.

Also, the behaviour that any layer that you preview is added to the list of
selected layers is not very user-friendly in my opinion. At least a help text
should be added stating that layers can be removed by using the Del button.
