The link for the Service Instance samples found on the index page of ms4w
chameleon should be expanded to have multiple examples of service instances.

This link should go to another index page with a list of possible Service
Instance examples. Like the list of instances urls paul put together. They
should be all based on the cwc2/sample/ application making them all Localhost
service instance examples.

This bug should be targeted for beta 3 or beta 2.
