For the CISE application (http://www2.dmsolutions.ca/msapps/ec-cise/) the
Extract widget returns a javascript alert of the layer name selected onClick of
the Extract button.  Please remove this alert.

Note:  In Mozilla 1.5 / Netscape 7.1 you receive this alert 2 times whereas in
IE you only receive it once.
