Upon completing a query that does not return information for a location the
interface will not display anything at all (besides a title fo the widget and a
close button).  I would think that, at the very least, text like 'No Results
Found' and perhaps the layer it was pertaining to would be useful information
for the user.  Right now the interface almost looks broken.

Suggested text for each layer queried:

LAYER_NAME : No Results Found

Bug priority set to P2 as this affects many applications.
