Must create new attribute class "Shared Resource Only".
 
This should be completed for RC1 since this is an important documentation issue.
This change will effect:
* xml schema's
* xslt's
* any attributes that are should be changed to ShearResouce Only I believe this
effects Button.en-ca.doc.xml and possibly POPUP.en-ca.doc.xml , and MapDHTML
widget, and any other widget docs that have defined shared resources(?).
