The installation Guide also will have to deal with the Admin Tool. This will
cover very important information on:
* Chameleon Config options:
  - Which will touch on the maturity level config options for Chameleon.
* CWC2 Config options:
  - This will also touch the cwc2 sample/test url page in /cwc2/htdocs/index.phtml
* making sure the corrent mapscript is installed.
* phpinfo check that php is running
* Apache/IIS checks and tips.
* Help Viewer specific php dll's to be activated. This may also include notes on
what is required for the Help Viewer to work.
* Where to access the local sample application section /sample/htdocs/index.phtml
