This task needs to be consider now for future releases. so that we can properly
plan for each Community miles stone with each Chameleon release.

Issues to deal with:
* Twiki vs. Plone (reStructured Text)
* Each widget should have its own Community page and/or Comment form for tips
and suggestions of content for new version of widget docs.
* How should the community pages be connected to widget docs and all other
managed documents eg. installer guide, dev guide, application guide.... etc.
  - For the widget docs, there either should be a place holder directly within
the schema to the community widget page, or is a like that is defined by the
help viewer. With community page should have the same name as the widget.

* all other features for the Community site like FAQ, Application Gallery...etc
are important but do not have a direct effect to the release of chameleon 1.99.
