session lock patch against htdocs/common/session.php, CVS version 2004-11-21

Paul, thanks for your efforts. But I'm afraid when applying my previous patch
the wrong lines of your CVS code were affected. Attached is a new patch that
will fix things again.

Further suggestion: $SESSION['bLockSession'] should maybe be true by default.
