Since the cwcjsapi widget is not going to be "released" (i.e., it'll still be 
in alpha/beta) for Final 1.99, the documentation as well does not need to 
be "final" for 1.99. It will still be there, but we'll just to as quick a pass 
over it as possible to make sure it is essentially correct. 

The new set of tasks for this document is:

* Update previous draft (handled in this bug)
* Quick Review of new draft 
* Final review
