Summary: Language specific output in xslt docs for Help Viewer
           Product: Chameleon
           Version: 1.99
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: chameleon-dev at lists.maptools.org
        ReportedBy: wbronsema at dmsolutions.ca

I noticed that the XSLT supplies text to the help docs, specifically the
maturity level. For example the XML doc has "ALPHA" and the XSLT outputs "ALPHA
-- (i.e., in development, incomplete functionality, little to no documentation)".

This language specific addition should be moved to xml document and therefore
must come from the doc builder.

The XSLT should be language independant.
