Most of the text that comes up in tool tips in the sample applications are 
capitalized like *titles* - i.e., with the first letter of most words as 
uppercase. However, there are some tool tips that do not follow this scheme:

* Click to recenter -> Click to Recenter
* update map -> Update Map
* Remove existing query results -> Remove Existing Query Results
* Zoom to selected layers -> Zoom to Selected Layers
* Apply scale -> Apply Scale

I know this is a minor issue, but I think it speaks to how professional our 
package looks. 

I'd just like to see the Basic and Enhanced samples fixed at this point.
