Since we are not going to implement the Widget Pack paradigm for 1.99, we need 
to reword the page that lists the sample application in an MS4W install:

http://localhost/chameleon/samples/

* Basic Widget Pack -> Basic Widget Samples
* Enhanced Widget Pack -> Enhanced Widget Samples

and so on....
