two choices:

1. change chameleon.xml maturity_level (this is global to all chameleon
applications)

2. $oApp->mnMaturityLevel = MATURITY_<level>; 
* after initialize, before execute.
* <level> = UNKNOWN, ALPHA, BETA, ... case sensitive as these are 'define'd values.
