[Chameleon-dev] committing to chameleon cvs

All,

I've noticed several cvs commits that are not referencing an appropriate
bug number. It is essential that you include bug number references when
committing non-trivial changes to chameleon (or any cvs for that matter).

The preferred notation would be:

bug MT xxx: <description of change>

MT stands for MapTools. If you are committing a change based on an
internal bug, use DM.

If there is no bug for the change you are making, please consider filing
a bug to record the issue and resolution. This is not necessary for
trivial changes. If you are unsure if the change is trivial ... it
isn't so file a bug!

Cheers,

Paul
