Summary: [ChameleonAdminTools]Note about file permission is not
exact in Chameleon and CWC2 panels
           Product: Chameleon
           Version: 1.99
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: AdminTools
        AssignedTo: chameleon-dev at lists.maptools.org
        ReportedBy: nsavard at dmsolutions.ca

Background info:

Both configurations files (chameleon and cwc2) are write protected for the Web
user (means 664 permissions).

Following note appears in the Chameleon panel:
Note: The file[../../config/chameleon.xml] is read-only. No changes can be made.

Following note appears in the CWC2 panel:
Note: The file[../../config/cwc2.xml] is read-only. No changes can be made.

Problem:

I changed permissions for "chameleon.xml" and I reload the admin tools. The
note still appears in each panel. To get the note disappear for "chameleon.xml"
I need to change permissions to "cwc2.xml" as well.

Possible solution:

Maybe the note should say that both files need to have write permissions instead.
