I really hate the dbf structure that we are using for wms stuff, it is extremely
sensitive to small changes like this.

I would really like to see this whole thing moved into an sqlite database!

Julien, can you please take a look into this issue, I think it can actually be
solved with a configuration file instead of code changes, but I can't remember
exactly how it works.
