Hi Paul,

there is not much current severity for this issue. I was just in the process of 
trying to figure out why our layout was not working in Mozilla, and in this 
process I decided to check the validity of the Chameleon output.

I think in general Chameleon should want to output valid HTML, but as you say 
there is not much severity since browsers don't have a problem with this 
behaviour.
