[Chameleon-dev] PHP5 and chameleon on windows

FYI : I have recently tested on Windows few chameleon apps (the sample 
apps + one more advanced app) using php5.0.2. All the functionnalities I 
tried (basic navigation, query, legend ..) seems to run well :)
