I have written a WebFeatureService class which extends the WebSearchService
class from phpgeocoder.

common\phpgeocoder\services\WebFeatureService.php

Would you guys be interested in having this incorporated into the standard
Chameleon distro?

Will attach the class to this bug report as a reference for you to check if it
is useful for Chameleon. Should go into php_utils module.
