The KeyMapDHTML widget does not work with the JS API widget. If you zoom in,
using the keymap, it don't zoom at the right place in the
sample_enhanced_jsapi.phtml sample.

Plus, the red box is never updated. It's always on the contour.

Note that in non-cwcjsapi mode, the widget work well.
